Brief
introduction:
1. The performance of the machine:
a.vertical folding; b.die-cutting; c. horizontal folding;
After automatic counting pieces, through some transferring
belts to sendout the products. The device uses stepless
producing speed adjusting device to adjust the length of the
products.You can adjust the length below 140cm.
2. The device uses the hob(knife) to
die-cut the folded the bedsheet. The hobs use imported ones
which are not easily frayed. Low speed and high speed
running can be adjusted freely, the running is very stable.
The folding way can be changed freely according to the
change of folding device. The device can finishmany vertical
folds, 1/2/3 horizontal folds. Folding is finished by sets
of servo devices.
3. The device uses touch-screen to
control the running of the machine.
4. The tail shelf installs broad-strap
synchronous transferring device to control the tension of
the loth. The machine has automatic raw material feeding
device.
5. The device uses Panasonic transducer
to adjust the producing speed. The electronic parts have
reasonable wires laying and easily operate. The

6. The whole machine is made of
international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing
paint to brush the surface of the device.All the bedplates
of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the
device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is
fixed strongly. Strap wheel, gears and all the driving parts
are Centro symmetric. The main gears are easily adjusted to
